I agree that this application is step one of a three-step process, and that I will make myself available for the interview from the Managing Chef of the Commercial kitchen. I understand that if I do not answer (or promptly call back) that I may forfeit my position in the application process.

I understand that should the interview process go well and I am offered a contract, that the agreement must be signed and dated (with first payment made) within 7 days. Three-day recision period withstanding, I must make my decision to secure space in the commercial kitchen known to the Interviewing Manger in writing*, or my slot will be offered to the next qualified chef.
