“My group was in the Bahamas for a bachelorette party and our AirBnb Hosts recommended Chef Denaldo for last night's dinner. We were so lucky to have him come cook for us! After eating conch fritters at every meal for the 3 days prior, we were experts; Denaldo's conch fritters were the best that we had on the island of Nassau!
For dinner we had steak and blackened fish which were perfectly cooked with a nice spice. For our sides, he made a garden salad and an incredible coconut rice with yummy roasted veggies and black beans.
He was easy to work with, presented the food beautifully and he even left the kitchen sparkling clean. He was also very accomodating of our group's dietary restrictions. I cannot recommend him enough, we had such a lovely meal thanks to Chef Denaldo.”
